Consent & Community Guidelines

Cumpli exists to help people build deeply compatible connections grounded in integrity, care, and explicit consent. These guidelines explain the standards every member is expected to follow to keep the platform safe and respectful.

By using Cumpli, you agree to act in alignment with these guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

Consent must be clear, specific, and freely given. Silence, pressure, or ambiguity are not consent.

• Ask before escalating sexual or intimate conversation
• Respect a no, a maybe, or a change of mind immediately
• Understand that consent can be withdrawn at any time
• Never use guilt, repeated pressure, manipulation, or intoxication to override boundaries

Trust requires honesty. You must represent yourself truthfully in your profile, messages, and interactions.

• Use accurate photos and identity details
• Be honest about relationship status, agreements, and intentions
• Do not impersonate another person or create deceptive accounts
• Do not hide partner-related context that materially affects consent

Engage with others as autonomous adults with different needs and limits. If someone sets a boundary, that boundary is final unless they clearly revisit it.

• Use respectful language, even in disagreement
• Accept rejection without retaliation or repeated contact attempts
• Do not shame, mock, or pressure people for their boundaries
• Stop contact when asked

Privacy is foundational in CNM and kink-adjacent communities. You may not expose another member's identity, profile details, relationship structure, or platform activity outside Cumpli without explicit written permission.

• No doxxing or identifying details shared outside the platform
• No screenshots, reposts, or redistribution of private messages or profile content
• No sharing information that could out someone in personal or professional settings

Cumpli has zero tolerance for targeted harm. The following are prohibited and may result in immediate removal:

• Harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, or extortion
• Hate speech or discrimination based on identity or protected characteristics
• Sexual coercion, boundary violations, or non-consensual conduct
• Glorification of abuse or violence toward others

Content and messages must remain lawful, consensual, and respectful.

• No illegal content or content depicting exploitation
• No non-consensual sexual content or threats of sexual violence
• No blackmail, revenge content, or coercive disclosure demands
• No malware links, phishing attempts, or fraudulent schemes

Cumpli is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. Any account involving minors or exploitative conduct will be removed and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• No content or conduct involving minors
• No trafficking, exploitation, or illegal sexual activity
• No encouragement of imminent harm or credible threats of violence

Cumpli is a matchmaking community, not a lead-generation or advertising channel. The following are prohibited without explicit written permission from Cumpli:

• Mass unsolicited messages or repetitive copy-and-paste outreach
• Commercial promotions, recruitment funnels, or external paywalls
• Requests for money, financial credentials, or payment fraud attempts

If you experience or witness a violation, report it as soon as possible. Include the member's profile link, message excerpts, and timestamps when available.

We review reports based on severity and urgency. We aim to acknowledge reports within 72 hours and prioritize immediate safety risks first.

Cumpli uses a tiered enforcement model for most violations, while reserving immediate account removal for severe misconduct.

Tiered Actions

• Educational warning and policy notice
• Feature restrictions or temporary suspension
• Permanent account removal for repeated or serious misconduct

Immediate Removal Categories

• Outing, doxxing, or credible threats
• Sexual coercion, violence, or exploitative behavior
• Any involvement of minors or related exploitation content
• Severe harassment or hate-based abuse

If your account is restricted or removed, you may appeal by submitting a written request with relevant context within 14 days of the enforcement action.
