Consensual Non-Monogamy (CNM)

CNM is an umbrella term for any relationship where all partners explicitly agree to engage in romantic, emotional, or sexual relationships with multiple people. This includes open relationships, swinging, and other arrangements where partners have agreed-upon boundaries and expectations.

Polyamory

Polyamory is a form of CNM that emphasizes the possibility of loving multiple people simultaneously. Unlike some other forms of non-monogamy that may focus primarily on physical relationships, polyamory centers on building multiple meaningful, loving relationships with the knowledge and consent of everyone involved.
